Participants should have:
- A foundational understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Prior experience working in or with agile teams
- Completion of ICAgile’s Agile Fundamentals (ICP) course is recommended, though not mandatory

Exams and Assessments
This course does not include a formal exam. Learners will complete:
- Scenario-based group discussions
- Reflective exercises and knowledge checks
- A final group presentation or coaching activity to demonstrate capability in applying course concepts
Completion of all activities and participation in sessions is required to be eligible for the ICAgile Certified Professional in Delivery at Scale (ICP-DAS) certification.
