This course includes two formal certification exams delivered online through PeopleCert, allowing learners to take each exam separately and at a time that suits their schedule.

ITIL Managing Professional Transition (Version 5) exam

  • 60 multiple-choice questions
  • Open book - The official ITIL Product, Service and Experience books may be used during the exam, including notes made within the text. No other reference materials are permitted
  • 120-minutes duration
  • Pass mark: 42 out of 60 (70%)

ITIL Transformation (Version 5) exam

  • 40 multiple-choice questions
  • Open book - The official ITIL Transformation (Version 5) book may be used during the exam, including notes made within the text. No other reference materials are permitted
  • 90-minutes duration
  • Pass mark: 28 out of 40 (70%)

After completing this ITIL Managing Professional Transition (Version 5) course, your certification will migrate to the following designations:
