Exams and assessments
There are no formal examinations for this workshop. Participants will complete practical exercises, peer feedback activities, and stakeholder engagement simulations to demonstrate mastery of advanced influence and coalition-building techniques.
Hands-on learning
Learners will engage in real-world simulations that replicate complex stakeholder dynamics, including cross-functional collaboration and high-level negotiations.
